The Sales Sample Program is a centralized program featuring an array of Steelcase Ancillary Brands to support the need in the field for short-term loan of product most frequently requested for sit tests, product evaluations, events, and A&D/dealer displays.

For individual samples, please allow two to three days processing time and refer to this FedEx map for delivery times based off a Grand Rapids, Michigan (49508) shipping location. For urgent requests, please email salessamples@steelcase.com for assistance.

• We cover FedEx Ground charges. Any expedited shipments will be charged to your cost center
• Please save all shipping materials for safe product return. Prior to you expected return date, you’ll receive a reminder email that includes a link to request your FedEx return label.
• Please ensure all items are returned complete and in good condition by the date you indicated

For vignettes, please allow for a week of processing and delivery time. Our team will coordinate the shipment, delivery, and return directly with you. Please reference the calendar on each vignette product page for available rental dates.

• We cover all outbound and inbound freight expenses within the standard delivery window. Expedited shipping requests will be charged to your regional cost center and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Please save all shipping materials for safe product return, including the crate(s) it is sent in and any packing materials within
